Thousand Foot Krutch

Thousand Foot Krutch
I love this band. I listen to them daily. Even though we are looking at another camera, we all look like we're alert for it being a fan signing and it's 11:30 p.m. on a Friday.

Genesis 29:31 - When the LORD saw that Leah was hated [unloved], he opened her womb...

Now we need to remember that Leah and Rachel were part of a larger plan in order to produce the twelve tribes of Israel and eventually Christ. Despite the pain that both Leah and Rachel experienced having to share Jacob, there was an end. They could not see it, perhaps, but we could, and God could. And even though they were tricked, and deceived, and Leah was unwanted, God heard them. Even in the midst of bringing about a greater plan of salvation for humanity, God heard Leah's pain and took away her humiliation by giving her sons. He did not leave her a victim of her culture. He took her out of it and gave her joy. He healed her by giving her sons. Her sons would include the founder of the lineage of Israel's priests, including Moses, and Judah, from whose line Christ came.

Praying you have faith, hope, and love always,

Rachel
